--Booking Policy: Appointments may be conveniently scheduled online to reserve your preferred time. Once your appointment request is received, Ultrasound In Motion will contact you to confirm the details of your visit and help finalize the package that best fits your needs. Payment is made in person at the time of service. Each appointment time slot is reserved for 30 minutes, with a 15-minute buffer between bookings to allow for a smooth experience for all clients. All package details, service information, and final visit specifics will be reviewed and provided at the time of service. If you have any questions before your appointment, please contact us or visit us at our studio. --Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This helps us manage our schedule and offer appointment times to other clients. Late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
